This year’s life Lannice Snyman Lifetime Achievement Award, in association with Paarl Media, goes to industry stalwart Walter Ulz from Linger Longer.

Having been at the helm of this Johannesburg darling for over 30 years, Walter’s unwavering dedication to maintaining a level of excellence in the restaurant industry is undeniable.

“He really is an iconic culinary figure and a hero to many of us,” says Eat Out editor Abigail Donnelly.
