Sea salt crystals, such as local Cerebos’s Falksalt Crystal Flakes or imported Maldon flakes, are great to season your savoury food at the table, but why not try them in something sweet? Sprinkle some flakes over a batch of chocolate brownies, creamy fudge or these chocolate and hazelnut caramel bars. You can also add a pinch of salt crystals to bring out the sweetness of these chocolate, cranberry and pecan nut cookies.
