This well-established bar at Cape Town’s Winchester Mansions Hotel has undergone a makeover. The interior is now more stylish, spacious and modern but still retains its classic elegance.

In line with its sexy new look, Harvey’s has introduced a few new cocktails. Its signature cocktail, the Harveys Passionada, is a mixture of passion fruit and Malibu rum, topped with Pierre Jourdan Brut.

The menu has also been tweaked and now offers with goodies such as Flammkuchen French pizza, club sandwiches, seafood dishes and samoosas.

Keep an eye out for the hotel’s Grapes, Gourmet and Gallery Evenings – on 17 March, Raats wine will be paired with a five-course meal prepared by chef Christophe Borderie.
