On 22 July, Laurent Deslandes, chef patron of Bizerca, will be leading a class at Chef’s Warehouse.
Laurent will be yours for the evening so this is your opportunity to ask him about all those niggling culinary queries.
He’ll also teach you how to cook some of his favourite dishes, such as steak tartare, pomme dauphine and seafood nage with crab ravioli.
The class costs R575 per person and will run from 6:30pm to 9:30pm. Don’t fret if you can’t make this class – two more are coming up at Chef’s Warehouse.
