With 32 stores located across the globe, the famous EL&N coffee house chain, which is heralded as London’s most Instagram-worthy café, is opening its first location in South Africa.

Located at the Mall of Africa in Joburg, EL&N, short for Eat, Live and Nourish, is widely known for its contemporary and innovative menu offering, pink-themed interiors and speciality coffee.

“We are over the moon to celebrate our first opening in South Africa at the Mall of Africa. We’re bringing a touch of London to Johannesburg with our unique designs and an incredible menu offering,” says Alexandra Miller, founder of EL&N.

The menu has been curated with South African palates in mind, with offerings such as steaks and grills alongside the brand’s first-ever pizza bar, which will offer a range of wood-fired pizzas.

In addition, and staying true to its roots, the café will offer its iconic range of pastries such as the Dulce de Leche cake and more.

With an interior design ethos rooted in ‘pink to perfection,’ the newest branch features a bespoke tree light chandelier that lights up the pink blossom floral and neon slogan designs.

The restaurant officially opens on 24 August from 12pm and 7am thereafter.
