Situated at the head of a lush and expansive garden on the slopes of the Helderberg mountain, Masters offers a top class fine-dining experience. Pop in for breakfast on the large verandah overlooking the gardens. Earthy tones, a clay-tiled floor, large African artworks and a fireplace make this a memorable restaurant. Expect ostrich scalopini with blue cheese mash and gooseberry compôte or springbok medallions with a wild mushroom and potato gratin, with cherry tomato and star anise chutney. Measuring up to the sumptuous epicurean offering is a selection of wines from the region.
