A healthy appetite is sure to be satisfied with generous mains which include bamboo-steamed free range chicken in a pepper broth with wok-seared bean-sprouts, bok choy, corn, cabbage, coriander, mint and radish, served on whole-wheat soba noodles; or wok-seared sesame-crusted yellow fin tuna, with bamboo steamed Asian lettuces, Chinese mushrooms and butternut in a light coconut chilli and ginger broth.
All three set menus is rounded off with a delicate dessert of marinated mango with orange blossom and green chilli, toasted coconut and lime sorbet in a bento box.
