El Bulli brew

Ferran Adrià, chef of famed El Bulli, is no stranger to the cutting edge.

He’s been described as a visionary, an artist, and a really nice guy (by those lucky enough to meet him).

Now he’s added brew master to his list of accolades.

Adrià and his team of sommeliers, alongside Spanish drinks brand Estrella Damm, took two years to create the beer they call Inedit.

And the brew’s style? It’s a Belgian wheat beer with orange peel and coriander with a few aromatic surprises – naturally, as Adrià is king of the culinary twist.
