Meet Sinazo Ntiyane. She is 22 years old and has a strong passion for baking and cooking. She grew up in Khayeltisha and is busy completing her practical internship hours as part of the Eat Out Food School at Café Frank in Bree Street, Cape Town, under the guidance and mentorship of owner Debbie Wynne, Chef Taku and the rest of the team. She loves being exposed to a real working kitchen in the restaurant world and is learning and growing all the time.

In the future, she sees herself as a famous chef, just like one of her inspirations, Buddy Valastro from Cake Boss. Sinazo also has a passion for the catering industry and would love to start her own business.
