Stoep is Laborie Heritage Wine Estate’s modern bistro-style restaurant boasting expansive vineyard and mountain views.
The focus at Stoep is on using the best available local, sustainable, and seasonal ingredients to present delightful food that is uncomplicated and clean in flavour.
Small sharing plates and generous mains are complemented by a fantastic wine list representing the most interesting wines of the Drakenstein region. Incidentally, these wines are also available from The Farm Grocer.
The dining experience is relaxed, with a roaring woodfire that builds warmth and adds to the ambience during the colder months. In summer, additional tables are set outside under the trees to make the most of the long balmy summer evenings that Paarl is known for.
Stoep serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner, from a quick breakfast for one, to a business lunch for four, to a special night out or celebration for a large group.
Stoep offers a private dining area off the main restaurant with a private entrance, a balcony with beautiful views of the vineyards and Paarl Rock, and a cosy fireplace for the winter months. Stoep’s private dining can accommodate 20 to 30 guests with a seasonal set menu from Stoep. This space can be hired for smaller events like birthdays, baby showers, kitchen teas, and corporate functions.
With a history dating back to 1691, Laborie Heritage Wine Estate offers a captivating blend of heritage and contemporary experiences in the heart of Paarl.
