‘Culinary magic’ with Gastrononomous

Leading up to the annual Nedbank Cape Winemakers Guild Auction, Peter Goffe-Wood will host an evening of fine wine and adventurous cooking on Tuesday 2 October.

Diners can join him at his Alchemy workshop in Salt River, Cape Town for a four course meal specially designed to complement four wines by previous auction winners De Trafford, Nitida, Hartenberg and Neil Ellisand get to meet the winemakers.

The evening starts at 19h00 and costs R600 per person, all inclusive.

On the menu:

Cape Seafood en Geleé with micro herbs, salmon roe and crayfish oil.
