Jennifer Hugé has shown resilience and versatility in her new dining room at FYN, winning the Eat Out John Psillos Award for Outstanding Contribution to Service for the second time.

Joining the chef duo of Peter Tempelhoff and Ashley Moss in their foray out of the Constantia Valley and into the city centre at FYN, Jennifer Hugé has stepped boldly into multi-course Japanese-inspired kaiseki fine dining and has mastered it without missing a beat.

“Jen uses a brilliant combination of brute force and charm. People want to follow her lead,” says Peter Tempelhoff.
