This month in the ColCacchio Pizzeria Celebrity Chef Pizza Series chef Citrum Khumalo showcases his Uhlaza pizza.

It’s a gourmet delight with tomato, mozzarella, spinach, roasted baby potato, roasted cherry tomato, olives, sesame seeds, emmenthaler, topped with a wasabi pesto. The pizza costs R95 and The Vrede en Lust Jess 2008 is R85.00 for a bottle and R22.00 a glass.

Celebrity chefs around the country – Reuben Riffel, Mike Basset, Citrum Khumalo, Rudi Liebenberg, Margot Janse and Philippe Wagenfuhrer – have each created a pizza masterpiece for the Col’Cacchio menu. From each one ordered R5 will be donated to the Children’s Hospital Trust.
