Celebrate spring at the Green Truffle

Wicus Prinsloo and Yash Jithoo of the Green Truffle restaurant in Johannesburg is celebrating spring with the launch of their brand new menu.

Still focusing on modern contemporary cuisine with fun elements of fusion, diners can look forward to new summery starters such as the plum tomato tart with tomato and basil jam, Bloody Mary and chevre ice-cream or a fresh twist on an old favourite such as Confit Magret of duck with pomme fondant, sour apple and strawberry tarte tatin and almond jus.

Regulars neednt worry as the signature Italian short-grain rice with vanilla and flamed chorizo has stood the test of time and remains on the menu.
