Catch of the season at the Goatshed

The first of The Goatsheds popular winter evenings for 2008 will be held On Friday the 30th of May.

Housed in Fairviews original cellar, the rustic farm eatery crafts hearty farm fare using only the finest ingredients with a combination of fine meats from the veld to the sea on offer.

The Goatshed has sourced uniquely flavoured West Coast  lamb from a farm near Lamberts Bay which also provides some of the Capes best potatoes. A selection of delicious fish, decadent dessert and wines ensure a perfect evening to welcome winter to the winelands.

On the menu:

Appetiser: sticky roast lamb ribs with spicy craem cheese dip
Starter: Seafood Trio- Marinated Cob, pickled Geelbek and Snoek pate
Main: Vanilla parfeit with assorted hot berries

Price: R175 per person including wine with each course and coffee/tea.
