The Beverly Hills Hotel in Umhlanga is holding a wine dinner with guest Duncan Savage of Cape Point Vineyards on Tuesday, July 20, from 7pm.
On the menu is cannellini-bean cappuccino with truffle essence and smoked paprika foam, garlicky oxtail ravioli on a lentil-studded demi-glace, breast of chicken with tandoori-spiced crab and prawn filling, and white chocolate croissant bread-and-butter pudding brûlée served with vanilla crème anglaise ice cream.
