Warm up for the Whisky Live Festival with an evening of superb whisky and fine food hosted by the
Whisky aficionados can look forward to a range of superior whiskies paired with a five course meal prepared by onewaterfront executive chef, Phil Alcock.
Tantalising pairings will include caramelised Scottish scallops with a Macallan fine oak 18 year old whisky, and Rillette of Wild Boar accompanied by a Wild Mushroom Dust with a Montecristo no5 jus paired with a Macallan 12 year old.
Bascule whisky sommelier, Soma Dennis and The Really Great Branding Company whisky expert, Niel Hendricksz, will be on hand to discuss the exceptional whiskies on offer that night
