Bodega now open for dinner three nights a week

Popular winelands restaurant, Bodega, on the Dornier Wine Estate has decided to bump up their operating hours to include dinner on three evenings a week. As of 16 October 2008 Bodega Restaurant in Stellenbosch Winelands will be open for dinners on Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings until April 2009.

Their signature ‘Farm Cuisine’ will be expanded upon to include delicacies such as farmed Abalone, Duck and several types of Venison for their evening meals. Chef Naas Pienaar will stick to his philosophy of using and sourcing only the finest and freshest local produce and presenting it with his signature flair. The menu will change daily ensuring diners an exceptional dining experience with every visit.
