Asian persuasion at La Colombe

Chef Luke Dale-Roberts was recently in Seoul as a guest chef at the 2009 Amazing Korean Table. “The experience in Seoul was out of this world,” says Luke. “I enjoyed the challenge of trying out new ingredients and adapting them to fit within my cuisine. It was great to step back onto South African soil and I hope to soon bring the new Asian influences into La Colombe.” Diners can look forward to a touch of Korean in upcoming menus…
