A lifetime of achievements

Respected local wine and food journalist, Jos Baker, was awarded the Lifetime Achievement Award at the Eat Out Restaurant Awards ceremony on 25 November 2007.

 

Baker was honoured for her “exceptional experience and rare integrity”, and her “significant contribution” to the world of food and wine.

 

Baker still contributes to a number of South African Wine and Food publications and she is the leader of the Cape Town convivium of the international Slow Food movement.
