What a shame! What should have been a lovely lunch in a delightful setting for my husband and myself and our friends was spoilt by very poor management. The staff were very sweet but lacked training and confidence in what they were supposed to be doing. However, the main problem was the manager who had obviously never received any hospitality training as he was almost bordering on being disdainful and was not concerned with being welcoming and helpful and, even when things went wrong – no apologies whatsoever. Bad, bad PR!
