Dear Pierre,We are truly sorry for your terrible experience the other day. We do not wish for any of our customers to have an unhappy time with us; eating poor quality food and having to put up with poor service. I am afraid you are correct in what you say for I was present but I was not aware of your unhappy experience until you brought it to my attention just as you left. You mentioned to me then that you come our way from time-to-time and I would like to invite you back to share a meal with us and show you that our standards are not usually so low. We are used to getting a lot of good feedback, especially on our very popular burgers, but we do take criticism very seriously because it is through this feedback that we can make things even better.
