In April, Eat Out announced that Liam Tomlin’s restaurant venue at 91 Bree Street, which housed The Bailey and Chefs Warehouse on Bree, would close for a revamp. Now, the time has come for the big reveal!

Liam Tomlin, alongside his team and business partner David Schneider  – chef-partner in the Eat Out star restaurants Chefs Warehouse at Maison in Franschhoek and The Red Room at Belmond Mount Nelson – reintroduce the beloved original Chefs Warehouse concept, along with two other dining experiences, at 91 Bree Street.

The new Chefs Warehouse & Canteen will be joined by Merchant, a restaurant that highlights local producers, and Room 91, an indoor-outdoor space designed for private events.
