Acid Bar is collaborating with Laphroaig for a special dining experience as part of their Taste Trailblazers campaign.
Discover a unique evening on 20th June 2023, where the smoky and sweet flavours of Laphroaig whisky will be expertly paired with a four-course menu. The event, hosted by Brand Ambassador Steven Zylstra, will focus on the theme of “Funk,” highlighting natural wine and Laphroaig-inspired cocktails with Eastern influences.
The four-course meal will be divided into the Laphroaig flavour categories of Salt, Peat, and Fire, with each course thoughtfully matched with a different Laphroaig libation to complement the food and drink. Indulge in a distinctive dining experience created by Acid Bar’s co-founders, chef Jes Doveton and wine expert Jemma Styer, who opened the venue to the public in late 2022.
