The standard of food and service of this establishment does not warrant a formal write-up and is below the standards of what one would expect from a dining experience as a fine diner. It should be mentioned that this facility probably operates best over family dinner times or weekends for sporting events.  

A casual approach by management was observed at all times and suits this type of establishment . Diners looking to experience a friendly get together with friends over a couple of drinks will be happy with this establishment.

The service of food in old metal plates suits the establishment, however does not create a good dining experience as the enamel on the chipped plates does not sit well with the reviewer. It should be noted that this establishment carries an exceptionally large menu and should be able to satisfy any casual diner. 

Drinks

No recommendations were made by the server. A generally good looking selection of wines and beers was available. As it was a working lunch, the diners enjoyed soft drinks only.

Service 

Service style is too casual and informal. The restaurant had no other patrons at the time, yet, service had to be called for. This establishment is not set for formal service and styles and should be regarded as a standard pub. 

Ambience

A casual pub with wooden tables and chairs. No decor observed apart from one South African flag.
