Margarita Twist

Ingredients:
40ml Patron Silver
20ml peach-and-ginger oleo saccharum
25ml fresh lime juice
10ml triple sec (preferably Cointreau)
Garnish with a thyme salt rim

Method:
Rim the glass with thyme salt. Add all ingredients to a shaker. Shake with ice. Fine strain into an empty chilled martini glass.

Long Drink Twist

Ingredients:
40ml Patron Silver
20ml fresh lime juice
Coconut ice cube
Tonic water (enough to fill the glass)
Grapefruit zest

Method:
Add all ingredients to a highball glass. Gently mix the ingredients. Garnish with a grapefruit zest.
