In a saucepan, heat oil and saute the onion, green pepper and garlic.
Season with chicken spice and curry powder, allow to cook until browned.
Add the chicken heartd, chicken feet, gizzards and chicken necks followed by the brown onion soup powder and the chicken stock.
Allow to simmer until tender and season to taste.
Serve with pap and chakalaka.
