The little GEM of the Winelands/Boland who serves ART on a plate
The interior greets you with a sense of calm and confidence, while the natural habitat is brought into the restaurant with the extent of windows, making the restaurant feel fresh, crips and unique. Your eyes take in various spectacular succelents, as old as the farm itself. Every food dish is served like an art piece. Your senses are awaken by the colors portrayed, you smell the incredible flavors of the food, and your taste buds explode with the different elements presented. Every food dish is prepared by Chef Werner Snoek, and you may have a look while he is working in the Kitchen (it is like watching an artist). His personality adds to the food experience, since he personally comes to interact with the guests. He is very down to earth although very friendly, talkative and passionate. We go back regularly for the absolute food experience, as we are foodies. His menu changes regularly and he keeps the combinations interesting, which keeps us coming back for more!

Wonderful location. Food beautifully prepared. Service quietly attentive and excellent. Wish he could move to our area in the UK. And open similar restaurant providing such wonderful dishes.

We had an absolutely amazing evening at Succelent, with fantastic food prepared by Chef Werner and his team of young staff, cared for proffesionally by Richard. All that in a lovely setting of Succelent plants dating back to 1910! Truly a 'must exterience' for anyone that deserves to be treated to something special!
