There’s a new bar in town. Named Incognito, the bar and cocktail lounge is situated at The Alphen Boutique Hotel in Constantia, the home of Blanko Restaurant and La Belle Cafe. In addition to drinks, Incognito also offers a curated small bites menu suited for after-work drinks, intimate meals and exclusive events. It will also host live weekend music sessions from November.

The brief food menu comprises light bites, bruschetta and pizzettes. Light bites include fried stuffed olives with garlic and parmesan, and grilled chicken with sage and gremolata. The drinks menu is comprehensive, featuring a variety of quality MCCs, wines and a large selection of cocktails.
