The 16-course tasting menu will feature dishes like a molecular take on ramen, with noodles, waygu beef, crispy quail egg and a wagyu broth; and a dish called The Black Pearl, featuring scallops two ways with gorgonzola, Valrhona white chocoalte, beluga caviar and cauliflower vanilla purée.

Gåte will open mid-November and will be open for dinner from Tuesdays to Saturdays and lunches on Sundays. Stay tuned to Eat Out for further details.
