New Earth cocktail
Reyka, the Icelandic word for geothermal steam looks pure and innocent, yet has a darker side with its double-measure of vodka and a kick of black pepper. Iceland’s volcanic core creates a myriad of hot springs and its natural water filtration system creates some of the world’s best water. It’s really this water that makes Reyka Vodka a fascinating drink of two halves. Reyka Vodka’s New Earth cocktail is is just what's needed to blast away the chill.
Ingredients
Method
Add the pineapple, lime juice and cilantro sprigs to a cocktail shaker, and muddle to combine.
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and top with the vodka.
Shake and strain into a Montelobos Mezcal-rinsed coupe.
Garnish with an orange peel and cilantro sprig.
