Been to Carlucci's a couple of times and the staff that work there is ruining the experience of dining at a beautiful place. I would not recommend Calucci's or go back there. The staff act like they are doing you a massive favor for serving you and if you go in and order things yourself the cashier lady is not friendly at all.
In my opinion go to the crown which is next door to them for a far better experience.

The Carlucci’s brand is owned and operated by Brendan Payze. This fantastic coffee hot-spot is situated in Meerendal Wine Estate. Owned with partner Richard Jute, the store operates with a healthy delicatessen style menu, that focuses on freshly made sandwiches, salads, and breakfasts. The deli offers ready-made meals and salads, making it convenient for guests that are looking to grab a quick takeaway.
All food is made on site and packaged for any occasion. From sweets, to beverages, to basic groceries and freshly baked goods – Carlucci’s has it all. Croissants and breads are freshly baked from Monday to Sunday – even on public holidays.
