When we heard that Theo Penati – an Italian Michelin-starred chef – was planning to open up a restaurant in SA, we got pretty excited. Inspired by the chef’s third-generation family restaurant, Pierino Penati, the new restaurant opened up just last month, on the second floor of Villa 47 Emporio Italiano. We went to see what’s being served up.
