Britain’s most famously foul-mouthed chef, Gordon Ramsay, has released a range of healthy readymade meals aimed at kids – and they’re now available in South Africa through Checkers.

Called Oh My Goodness, the range is free of MSG, added sugar, salt, artificial colours, and flavours, and was developed by the celeb chef with his teenage daughter, Matilda.

On the menu: cheesy macaroni; cheesy chicken, rice and veg; beefy cottage pie; spaghetti bolognese; and chicken, bacon and corn pie. All of the recipes are designed to contain 30% hidden veg, to get even the most veg-shy kids to eat their greens.
