Set in a lush garden in the heart of Menlo Park, The Daily has become a very popular place to hang out, particularly for those with dogs! Lovely places to sit under the trees on warmer days, and cosy inside. Great possibilities- but service is very slow! Breakfast really needs to be delivered snappily: unhappily, despite a lengthy discussion with the waiter beforehand, the eggs were wrong. Instead of instantly offering to replace them, the waiter suggested we swap plates! On a more positive note, the coffee is excellent and the breakfast, when it came, was very good!
