Joburg’s first food truck park to launch in Sandton this spring

This spring, Good & Proper Food Trucks Eatery will be bringing some of Jozi’s best gourmet food trucks together to create a unique lunchtime experience in Joburg’s vibrant commercial hub of Sandton.

Popping up at Benmore Gardens Shopping Centre on 1 September, Good & Proper will create a cool new lunch spot for those who work, live and shop in the Sandton area and will offer foodies a chance to get together and enjoy good food, sunshine and music.

Reminiscent of the food truck park concept that has become a trend in America, the Good & Proper pop-up will feature a variety of Joburg’s best artisan food trucks on a weekly basis. Some of the exciting names to look forward to include the likes of Tutto Food Co., Balkan Burger, StrEAT Cuisine and Zombie Chefs. The new food truck food court will offer treats for all tastes, from gourmet burgers, pizzas, Belgian waffles and frites to artisanal sandwiches, fresh salads, craft coffee and beverages.

The Good & Proper Food Trucks Eatery will launch on 1 September 2016 and appear at Benmore Gardens in Sandton until 25 November 2016, every Wednesday, Thursday and Friday between 11.30am and 3pm.
