Eat Out’s reigning S.Pellegrino Chef of the Year Scot Kirton is opening Foxcroft, a new restaurant  and bakery at the High Constantia centre in Cape Town in partnership with his acclaimed pastry chef Glen Williams.

Scot will not leave his post as head chef at Top 10 restaurant La Colombe, located at Silvermist Estate, also in Constantia, at which he has garnered much praise in recent years, including his scooping of the Chef of the Year title at the 2015 Eat Out Mercedes-Benz Restaurant Awards.

We hear that Scot and Glen’s new eatery will be more casual, playing on the farm-to-table concept with freshly baked goods and charcuterie. It is set to open in spring 2016. Stay tuned to Eat Out for more details.
