Earlier this month, I dropped in for a convenient lunch. The place was ~1/3 full. Staff friendly, and I soon had a glass of water to salve a hot day. Ordered an open sandwich, With an uncluttered view of the serving hatch and kitchen, the place was in a tail spin and failing to cope. The waiter assured me at least twice my snack lunch was due any minute. After loss of patience, I left. My order still hadn't materialized 30 minutes later. Either the staff need training, or the place needs someone compotent in charge. Given the siting of this venue space, a new franchise is desperately needed. Never Again - next time I'll try Knead
