Took my family for a burger on my daughters birthday, even pre-booked a table. Got seated and 20minutes later had to go look for a waitress to serve us. People that arrived after us was seated next to us and got drinks and food order taken before we even got greeted. Worst service delivery ever.
The waitess made apologies after I made a stink, but still did not introduce herself to us. Nobody came after we eventually recieved out food to ask if all was in order. The table we sat at was sticky and felt like it was not cleaned. Got a soda just in a can, no glass no ice. Had to ask for a glass.
The food however was nice and well priced for the quantity.
In essence I will never visit this place again and I hope others get better service than I did today.
