Timbuktu serves authentic Ethiopian dishes right in the heart and soul of Long Street, Cape Town. Try their veggie dishes like Gomen, Shiro wot and Atkilt with Misir. Meatier options include Tibs and Gored Gored. All dishes are reasonably priced and can also be prepared as vegan options.
