On Pollok Beach in Summerstrand along Port Elizabeth’s stunning beachfront you’ll find our iconic Roadhouse. We reopened this roadhouse from the 50’s with intentions to revive the area and the beach community. Something Good is now a buzzing vibey beach spot with a restaurant, old-school flash and park take away and ice-cream parlour.

    If you are looking for the perfect place to relax after a long hard day then Something Good’s the place to go. Great views of the ocean accompanied with some delicious meals to choose from this is the ideal spot for you and your family, even your four legged friend is welcome and the kiddies have their own play area to keep them occupied. Many meals to choose from and some exotic cocktails to end of the day with. I truly recommend it to any one to give it a try.

    A favuorite of mine to take my kid. He is happy for hours in the play area while I enjoy my meal and the view. Proximity to the beach makes it ideal for a family outing.

    This Roadhouse is somewhat of a sea-side institution in our city. Serving indulgent Roadside classics right on the beach makes for a regular outing in my family. The Roadhouse has an awesome plant-based section with the 'Wild Side Nachos' and 'Cashew Cheese Jalapeno Balls' being my go-to's. This restaurant also has a separate takeaway section and ice-cream parlour depending on the occasion.

    This iconic Port Elizabeth restaurant is a must visit for anyone visiting for the first time. There is no better place in town to enjoy a meal with a view of the ocean. It captures the old school road house feel to perfection! The food is well priced and the portions are great!
