Thank you for the constructive criticism! It seems that your experience was obviously not a positive one! Everything you have described is certainly not what we aspire to and conceptually hasn’t kept our original business alive for 12 years. Our sour cream should have no mayo at all in it. Our guacamole does have onion and tomato, lime and coriander. It is possible that we ran out and some was quickly made for you, in this case it is possible our recipe was not adhered to. Our nachos are sourced fresh, locally, from a company called Mexicorn (Anton 021 593333), and are unspiced, made from real masa harina and are gluten free. The dips that you describe are fresh salsa, fresh guacamole and a bean dip. Cumin is the main constituent of our spice blends as so Im sure it is in most curry powder blends. We would like to invite you to give us another chance. As we don’t have your contact details, please contact us so that we can get your feet tap dancing to our Mexi-fresh melody!Yours TrulyFats Cactusgardens@fatcactus.co.za021 4225022 (Celeste/Dimo)Notifications
