The four stars for food eminates from numerous previous visits to the restaurant. Unfortunately, yesterday was different, as far as food and service pertains. My Melanzaan was excellent. However my wife's Burger a disaster. What she ordered and was delivered was 2 different meals. No gaucomole! No caramilised onions! Balducci decided to rectify the dish by bringing the missing ingredients on 2 small bowls as sides! And the first bowl of gaucomole we had to send back as it was brown and not green! No excuses, no offer to redo the dish as was ordered. Hope that this will not be the standard in future as my star ratings will differ for sure
