Whisky evening
15th June 2007, 7pm for 7pm.

Damien Curly, Irish by birth, will be presenting three different whiskies from three different countries.

The evening will be followed by a four course dinner at a set price per person (including the whisky) at R300.

Three days of gastronomic experiences with executive chef Steven Kruger.

Demonstration
Thursday 23rd: Chicken Dishes and de-boning.
From 16:00 to 18:30

Friday 24th: Fish from Sushi to Tempura.
From 10:00 to 12:30

Saturday 25th: Chocolate from drinks, savoury to sweet.
From 16:00 to 18:30

3 x nights accommodation sharing (Single plus 20%)
3 x breakfasts
3 x light lunches
3 x dinners
(5 course set menu related to the demonstration done during the course of the day).

3 x 2,5 hours demonstration cooking, different topic each day.

Price R4 500 p.p. for the full three day or R2 000 p.p. for one day with one night’s accommodation. Price for one demonstration with dinner with NO accommodation is R400.
