Join the The Linen Room Restaurant in Yzerfontein and the wine making team behind Darling Cellars for a gourmet evening of West Coast delights and fine wine, on Saturday 8 September.
Served by log fire under the restaurants traditional thatch roof, the menu will include such intruiging delicacies as salt crusted bokkom bread, confit of slow roast pork neck and brown bread ice-cream.

Roulade of West Coast Seafood served with seasonal salad leaves and sweet tomato and basil vinnaigrette.

Main Course
Confit of slow roast pork neck, wrapped in buttermilk bread, served over colcannon potato, with an orange and caraway sauce.

Dessert
Chocolate fudge brownies served with brown bread ice-cream.
To top it all, guests will each receive a bottle of Darling Cellars wine of their choice.
