Bowl Cuisine at the newly refurbished Adderley Hotel in Cape Town is shaping up for the summer with their newly launched menu.

With enticing starters such as tomato tarte tatin with blue cheese ice-cream or smoked salmon tartar, the summer menu reflects Chef Ian Cawkwells passion for simple food prepared with fresh, local ingredients.

Still focusing on delicious bowlfood, diners can also look forward to hearty dishes such as slow roasted pork with noodles and plum sauce or confit of duck with potato and carrot rösti and vanilla sauce.
