Phil Alcock, previously of such esteemed fine dining establishments as Zimbali, Manolo and Showroom has joined the Cape Graces onewaterfront as new executive chef.

With an impressive history of experience to his name, including international stints with Michelin-awarded chefs Marco Pierre White and Raymond Blanc, Alcock hopes to delight Cape Town diners  with his classical style with a modern approach, starting with a brand new seasonal menu.
