With the opening of their brand new venture, 3 Fat Fish – bistro, bar and pizza – seasoned restaurateurs Brent and Emmy-Lou Mills finally bring their food and hospitality knowledge to the friendly Eastern Cape.

With a rich restaurant history to their name, including stints at Five Flies in Cape Town and St. Tropez sidewalk café in Durban, they will focus on serving simple, organic food using the freshest local produce.

Apart from fresh seafood, the menu will include gourmet pizzas, homemade pasta, dry-aged steak and an array of rich desserts made with imported Madagascan vanilla pods.
