The historical Hout Bay Manor, built in 1871, has reopened after 18 months of extensive refurbishment, featuring a brand new restaurant – Pure.
Headed up by Executive Chef Alexander Mueller, this contemporary fine dining establishment will reflect the chefs culinary philosophy which echoes a fusion of purity.
The main menu contains such delicate dishes as pan-fried snapper with red wine butter,
spinach and saffron risotto, and Mille-feuille of veal fillet and oxtail
with ricotta ravioli.
A five to seven course degustation menu is also available.
