Respected restaurateur and sommelier, Germaine Lehodey, will be stepping down as manager of the award-winning Lynton Hall in KwaZulu-Natal at the end of January.
As from February 2008, the achieved Lehodey will draw from his international experience in the wine and restaurant industries by pursuing a career as hospitality consultant, with his focus set on training waiting staff and managers as well as consulting on menu and winelist compilation, food and wine critiquing and team building.
